Well, my worst fears have been realized: I don't have the wiring. I still want to try it, but god am I nervous about running wire from the CCM. Also had a few more questions (and I have read the entire thread)
1: Has anyone done it on a '24 XLT?
2: The CCM part number seems to have changed for 24.The one listed in here includes a bracket, the model for '24 on Tasca does not, unless I am looking at just the CCM and the one with the bracket included is a different number.
Nevermind, found the correct sub assembly for 24: NL3Z-9E731-A (Tasca part). Looks like the correct wiring harness for that is RL3Z-15K867-Q (Tasca)if you have the wiring. I suppose since I don't have the wiring, I can skip the harness and run a custom line to the IPMA, saving a bit of money.
So now this has gotten more expensive than I planned, but I suppose is still doable. I'm just so nervous about running wires and wiring the plug in general. I've read all 40 pages of this thread, and still don't understand the wiring diagrams lol.
I will forever kick myself for not waiting just a bit and realizing the Flash wasn't that much more expensive.

get a 24 ccm and the wiring for the ccm and then you can get a deutsch connector to attach it to the ccm wiring, get rid of the other parts of the wiring and what wires you have in it match to the closest color and simply drill a hole put a rubber plug in the firewall and inside you dont have to cut your wiring fold it over and put a deutsch connector in it. and then on the other end put a connecting deutsch. essentially there is one under the hood and under the interior
also go to the comma ai website and order a q4 harness, its 90 bucks but you dont have to cut your factory wiring. its in the experimental area, here is a closer look at mine since i know it works im going to redo it to tie it all together.Well, my worst fears have been realized: I don't have the wiring. as you see mine had all the wires and i just eliminated them and built it because it had the right plugs to use for the truck wiring from the comma ai website. If you get the harness from them let me know i can tell you what wires to cut and splice intoCorrect, skip purchasing the bumper harness and make your own 4-wire harness from the IPMA (driver side module under the dash) to the new CCM. I think it is probably easier running your own new wires than trying to deal with replacing the bumper wiring harness.
Like @dr1983 says, use the deutsch connectors near the bumper by the new CCM to give the ability to unplug the CCM for future bumper removal.
Concentrate on the posts in this thread that give the all of the part numbers for this install. The pins and pigtails for the IPMA plug, the CCM plug and CCM part numbers are all listed, and were all available on Tasca.
The deutsch connectors and 25' lengths of the correct wire colors were available on Amazon.
Miscellaneous connectors, shrink tubes, etc are also all available on Amazon.
