I'm looking for VINs guys. I'm trying to collect some data and test something I recently created so the more VINs you PM the better.

I'm trying to build out some module data info, plus this will also help with letting you guys know when you may have updates available.

Here is mine - 1FTFW1ED2MFB62273

$203 and FDRS reported 12.6V when I first turned it on after installing.
Curious what the vdc is after a day of normal use. Possibly take reading end of day today and first thing in morning tomorrow to see how much it maintained over night.

For Trucks with Auto Start stop you should run the AGM also you should change the BCM settings if you change to anything else. the Battery Monitor and charging settings will change and a lead acid battery charging voltage is higher than the AGM. The BCM is set to charge to 80% as from the factory. Honestly these trucks should all run AGM. That is the best bet. They had a bad batch of batteries, I believe I mentioned to him a while back about his battery being an issue. I had to replace mine.

If you have an auto start stop truck and it constantly says charging and wont shut off that is a good indication of a battery being unstable. these trucks charge and run 13 volt or so 12.5 is normal. May go up it has a current monitoring device and based on the draw it will adjust the output.

Also if you replace your battery it is a good idea to relearn BMS value

Maybe I’m running a different version of the FordPass widget but my GWM does not look like that.

What type of battery, AGM or other? Also, did you do a battery relearn after install?
AGM again. Haven’t had time to do the relearn, it’s on the list today along with ALL the updates now that it’s updating cleanly.

This could just be the difference in the GWM software level. Mine is up to date as of yesterday, yours seems to be a bit behind.

You might want to go one step further than a relearn. There is a procedure to reset the BMS in both FORScan and FDRS (although I’ve used only the former for this). The reset actually resets everything—time in service, etc.—not just the state of charge, which the truck relearns by letting it sit for 8 hours. A full reset is what they would have done had you replaced the battery at the dealer. This is a quote from the shop manual:

“If installing a new battery, use the scan tool to carry out the Battery Monitoring System (BMS) reset after the battery is connected.”

Looks like I'm getting my truck back today from Ford after my updating went wrong. I checked the FDRS and looked at what they completed. I'm guessing they didn't want to take the time to update the rest of the modules.

The GSM doesn't update, leave it alone. Do the TRM first and then look back a few posts and follow @Jesse-Infotainment 's post about how to do the IPC...

The dealer might also have left the TRM and the IPC alone because they can’t get warranty reimbursement for updating software that isn’t tied directly to a customer complaint. The IPC in particular would have cost them a lot of money to reflash if there was nothing wrong with it (other than being out of date) because it’s time-consuming.
