Hey all. First winter with my truck. I’ve got a FCSP installed, has never given me a problem, 80a on a 100a line. I’m plugging it in to my truck, and neither the truck or the charger recognize the connection. The light on the CSP stays solid blue, and the charging indicators on the truck remain dark. I was able to use my MILs ChargePoint to get some power, so I know the truck can take a charge, so I’m not sure what’s going on with the CSP.
The CSP appears to be fine in the FordPass app, with data as recent as last week (which is correct).
It’s been as low as 2F, but that shouldn’t be low enough to cause a problem, right?

haven’t tried a DCFC station yet.

It was -20F here in the Twin Cities and my Truck and FCSP were charging just fine the last few days.

3rd winter with mine, no issues.

Have you shut the breaker off for a few minutes?

Is the plug in good shape? Sounds like a connector problem if not software related.
