First thing I noticed, my charge log data returned old records I had previously deleted, back to 6/14/23.

My EV Driving data is more reliable but not 100%

Thankfully i could just walk inside and get a key fob. If this had happened to my wife, she would have sold the car. This shit is unacceptable.

I have PaaK enabled, but take the fob with me everywhere. Only time I have used PaaK is going out to grab something out of my truck quickly and forgetting to grab the fob.

Huge annoyance for a very (if any) benefit. Just not worth it.

Paak is working fine today after the update. I wasn’t able to start the truck for about 15 minutes. Luckily I was only 5 miles from home and called wife to bring fob. By the time she arrived I finally typed the correct passcode in.

Had to delete my PAAK and set up from new after the 4.29.1 patch today. No amount of reboots could get my truck to see my phone, despite wireless Android auto connecting nearly instantly each time.

Ford software cowboys are killing it!!! Keep up the great work!!

Can't wait for my blue cruise update. Maybe my car will self drive itself through my garage door at this pace.

Why aren't people just carrying a fob?

If you rely on your phone to drive your vehicle then I guess you should get used to getting locked out.

This shit is unacceptable.

All you had to do was login again. Relying on your phone as a key, you should be familiar with the tech.

If it was that simple, I'd be less pissed.

I had to unenroll my phone as a key. Setup a new key in the app, get it to pair with the truck. Find a key fob so it knows I'm not some rando, setup a backup passcode (which might be more than a backup), then link it all back to my driver profile.

It's 15 minutes I'd rather not have to do over and over and over again just because some hack wrote shitty code.

The majority of Tesla owners are using their phone as a key in the same fashion. I haven't heard of any of this from that camp. But, if it's happening, then I guess I'll lower my expectations.

They are great at never mentioning their problems but absolutely nothing is foolproof. The last problem I heard about their paak system was it was opening the wrong car, guy took off without realizing it wasn't his car:

Unfortunately with some updates in the lightning, some people have everything reset. Another dozen updates or so should fix it.

Are we ever going to get a working Trip Planner in the App? It's never worked, it has some very aspirational charge times:

The first session below assumes the charge will maintain a charge rate of 200Kw from 19-75%. Not sure how it's soo broken it doesn't fit any of Ford's EV charging curves.
