Try logging out of Fordpass, then log in again, sometimes a new batch of TOS consents will prompt and then you'll see updated features.

Try restarting. I had to do that on my iPad - and then it showed. Worked on my phone right away. And while I am EAP, I not running the beta at the moment but the App Store version on my phone. iPad has never seen EAP - it's my "compare" device.

Re-started phone - Nope. Logged out and in again-Nope. I guess the next step is to delete the app and re-download--But I don't think I care enough about that feature to do that.

It's only available on MY24 builds IIRC, the FP feature was introduced / mentioned recently , maybe 5.7 or 5.8?

I deleted and reinstalled, but now my Lock Screen widget does show amount of charge or charging status. It’s just an icon I can tap to go into the app 🥹

Update: Still not able to see the option to add service history in the app. But I was able to go into my dashboard on the Ford website and add my own service record and it immediately showed up on the app. I added a service record for an OEM part (tailgate dampening cartridge) that I installed myself.

Thanks. So I had a version of the app that worked perfectly, with widgets that worked perfectly, but for some reason, they decided they weren’t perfect, and deleted them! Oh well, I guess there’s nothing else to do but wait.

The option for adding Service Records has mysteriously appeared overnight.

I now have full functionality.

I thought everything was back to OK with mine as far as departures after the update but it’s 22 minutes before my departure time 6° out, plugged in, and it says it’s only preparing the cabin which it’s currently not in reality

while, I’m talking about departures again. Why only two??maybe I want it ready to go for my lunch break as well.
