Hello all,
I have a 24 flash that is fully up to date withe FDRS and the latest iOS fordpass app. Within the last month or so I have noticed a weird preconditioning bug that causes the truck to randomly start the conditioning 2 hours before the set time, then it sends an early notification that’s it’s done in app, waits 2 hours and finally preconditions at the set time with no notification in app.
But it does not do this every day or on a predictable schedule. See attached photo
I have tried:
factory resetting sync settings in truck
full factory reset in truck
deleting FP app and re-downloading
only using FP on one device (no ipad etc phone only)
12v reset & sync reset
setting precondition times only in truck
setting precondition times only in app
changing the time zone for “precondition off plug” as I thought maybe it was a timezone issue
I thought I had it with the last one but this morning it did it again. Just wondering if I found a new app/truck software bug or I’m missing something.
thanks for any help!
