If the Ford Charge Station Pro Breaks, Who Fixes It?

Just as the title says -- if your EVSE breaks, who fixes it? Is labor covered? Not really sure how that will work, particularly if you did not use Sunrun.

Currently, Sunrun tells you to call Ford's customer experience line. I imagine that you can start with Ford.
