Dialed down to 60 amps, didn't get any more warnings and managed to got 100% with it a single error. I'm out of town now so I'll try a full post cycle when I get home and crank it back up to see what it does.

For anyone who has the charge station pro completely installed and synced with the ford pass app , are you able to reliably charge without getting errors in the ford pass message center? ( please check FordPass message center before answering because you can get errors there and still have your truck charge properly) .
What gauge copper is your charger connected with to expect 80amps?

I only noticed this thread after the previous post. My FCSP is hardware-set to 80 A on a 100 A line, only runs at 48 A(~10 kW) thru FordPass. After updates 6.4, 6.5, and 6.8, it suddenly wouldn't give any more than 5 kW, and the setting can't be changed in FordPass. I use a portable room AC to keep my insulated garage at 85 deg F during the summer, so I probably could charge at 80 A if I wanted. But I voted "No" that my FCSP is not working correctly, but it may be the truck (or FordPass or Ford's servers interacting with my truck). From about August '23 through December '23, I always had "Connection Lost," even a cold reboot wouldn't recover the connection for long, IIRC. Then, at the same time, the 5 kW business started, the FCSP connection became very stable. I lost connectivity once, and a cold reboot immediately restored it, and it's been stable again for days. I hope Ford finally gets everything sorted out between the truck, FordPass, and the FCSP... Not holding my breath, though.

I’m not an electrician but my electrician is (who bought a lightning after installing my charger incidentally ) and I’ll ask him but I think it’s 3 gauge ? . It’s on a 100amp circuit . He also installed a generac switch so I can back feed my house if the power goes out . The run from my panel to my charger is less than 3 feet.

After the firmware updates issued my ford charge station pro runs perfectly and no longer has errors at night due to heat . I went through this entire summer with no issues.
