Feel free to add more parts as you find compatible options, or share your experiences with swapping parts from other models. We can add some more details like which part numbers are interchangeable or anything . We can always check Ford website for the interchangeable part list but it will never tell you that you can fit short ice bed to a lightning, because of some headlight or tailgate incompatibility.. but it seems doable at least physically.( May be not I am not sure just guessing)
I wonder if I can fit whole external body front assembly from ice to lightning ? Like fenders ( without charge port of course ) hood bumper , grille headlights (just physically, electrical connections needs to be handled by 3rd party modules)

I do think such a list would be helpful.

Considering the literally several million of new and recent F150 trucks running around out there (per annual Ford production of about 700,000 or so), who is the kind soul who would begin and then manage such a list?

Fenders and headlights on the Lightning are unique.

Basically, anything to do with the cab is interchangeable. Maybe the rear bumper, but only on the 2021 to 2024 model. The bumper is different for 2025. Might work, might not. There may be some odds and ends in the front suspension, but the rear is unique.

Is there any possibility to swap hood+fenders+front bumper+grille all together from an ice F150 ?
(If we ignore the charging ports on fenders and other electrical connections such as headlight connectors...)

Anything is possible, depending on how much money you want to spend. You'd have to have some serious metal fabricating skills to deal with the giant hole where the bottom of the frunk would be, and the support structure for the front grille is completely nonexistent on the Lightning. Then you have to deal with the charge port.

If you like the look of the ICE truck that much, just buy a Powerboost.

I couldn't get anybody at Ford or Ford Accessories to confirm that the Ford bed extender for the F150 would fit the Lightning.

This maybe a useful website, I looked up the part number for running boards for an ice f150 and this site says they will fit my lightning.
