New CSB time @Ford Motor Company ?

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.New CSB time @Ford Motor Company ?
I agree. I just hope I don’t have to have that argument at a Ford dealer 600 miles away from home on a road trip.Failure of this specific hose, outside of the warranty window, should absolutely be covered by @Ford Motor Company since this is an installation error.
If you plan on keeping the Lightning past 3 years, get the extended warranty. 100% worth it with all of the electronics and gizmos in the truck. If it does fail in year 4, is the part and labor covered under 8 year power train warranty? or this is not covered since electricity is not flowing through the hose?
Yeah but you can't see the hose clamp. Is it pointed down into the other hose? I think it's too early to label this a "defect area."Attached is a photograph with a wider view to help locate the defect area. It is on the opposite side of the frame rail from the coil spring, on the top side of the hoses in the center of the photograph.

Yes missed the first picture. I'll check it out on my '23 build when it stops raining.I think you did not read my previous post.

Do you have only 2.4KW of PPOB?This might be specific to the trim or options as my 2023 no option PRO doesn't appear to have these hoses.
Makes sense, the 7.2KW inverter is back there where the the additional plumbing is located. It's a base PRO with zero options. No max tow, no tow tech, no nothing. zero, zilch, nada.
My concern is not only with routing, but also attachment. Did Ford design and test the "tie wraps" and tape (on the orange conductor) to last for 100,000 miles? We just need to butterfly clamp the two hoses together to maintain positive separation. Honestly, having worked in aerospace as long as I have, seeing how car systems are routed makes me angry.
