Once the installation "bugs" were worked out, my system has been working flawlessly (no solar or battery though).

I have gone through all those documents and paired the truck to the charger a few times. The last time went the best, but still no backup.
Would you be able to confirm a couple items? Is there anywhere in your ford pass app that HIS shows up? My in truck app shows it paired and waiting to start, but there is nothing in either ford pass, or the charge station pro app to indicate it is paired on that side.

Do you use the M-professional app with the inverter? If so can you PM me a snapshot of your summary page? Also confirm the system settings (import/export settings you use). Lastly the power light on your inverter...does it blink once every 5 seconds or is it solid on, when you are on grid power?

Regarding the Ford Pass app, under the charge station there is a Home Backup Power option. I have attached a screenshot. I did use M-professional. The Power light flashes while on standby, I will check the status of the light during "power-up" next time I test the system. I will save a screenshot of M-professional when i get home.

Thanks. I actually think this might be my issue. I’ve successfully paired the station to the truck but the station doesn’t show enabled like yours and others. Any idea how this gets completed? Is it something Ford has to do?
You can see mine is different.

New update. The system finally worked for the first time today. I have not changed anything except I recently received OTA 6.14 as well as ECG-24.2.5.6.2 - Vehicle Communication.
It worked on the first and only try today. I am now going to move my solar over to my backup panel and install the LG battery.

I now have the installation permanently wired in and running. I also now have my existing Solar Edge inverter tied into the backup panel and working well.
Had a successful backup power transfer as well. It was right at dark, so I will have to wait until tomorrow to test the solar re-charging the truck even off-grid.
Also tomorrow we are installing the LG battery into the system to see how that goes. As far as I know, there is not anyone else with that tied in.

Next update. I can confirm that excess solar will charge the truck even in off-grid mode with the HIS system. In the M-professional app it even shows power flow animation going into the truck.
Its about as fast as a level 1 charger right now, but is working.

I installed the battery this weekend. I had some issues with the inverter in a loop trying to update the firmware of the battery, but I was able to get that solved.
Now I found out the DC fuses in the inverter were blown. My system has never powered anything so I am quite sure that they were blown long before this battery install.
I have new fuses coming tomorrow and should have the battery up and running.

The inverter sees the battery over communication, and I am getting state of charge, and other stats, so I should be close.

Has anyone else installed the LG (or any) battery in the HIS besides me?
