Need help fighting my dealer for my original Pro pricing

What you can do is:
Take delivery with $7K off.
If you are eligible for further price protections, you will receive a refund check from Ford.
So, technically, the refund check goes to the dealer. The buyer wouldn't recieve a check from Ford. Most dealer's have been honest about this from what I've seen.

The potential issue (I notice) is when the dealer placed the order. If it wasn't placed until November FoMoCo may not recognize the extra $5k. If it was correctly tagged and placed in August, I would think the dealer would get the extra $5k.

If it was me, I'd go through with the purchase (minus the $5k). The Pro is worth the amount you are paying (and much more). Even if you don't get the $5k you won't find another Pro near that price. While $5k is a BIG deal, I wouldn't want to pass up on the truck. I would try to get something in writing, and signed, saying if the dealer gets the $5k refund from Ford they will pass it on to you.

My dealer honored both up front for me. Unfortunately that was the only positive part of my dealer experience.

They're honoring everything for me now, my out the door price is right under 50k (I had the tow tech and max towing packs, and the tailgate step)

That's more than I paid for a similar setup. Probably due to tax (no tax in Oregon). Enjoy your truck!

Glad to hear it worked out.

The whole $39,999 for a full size truck with two motors and a 100 kWh (usable) battery was a huge bait and switch. I’m sure the dozens that got it are rightfully happy though.

They really did. I was expecting it to be an issue just knowing how complicated it was, and they had everything taken care of in less than 24 hours. I was really happy with them. All of my issues really came from backend Ford problems, none from the dealership.

Yeah, tax added a little over 3k, less than a thousand for all the other fees and tags and all though. Really happy, I've floored it a couple of times already, but I need to watch it since I'm on progressive and using their snapshot service...

Just talked to my dealership and it looks like the regional rep was able to get everything fixed and the price back to what it should be. Don't know if they reached out to him and he was working on it, or if it was the e-mail that I sent to him a half hour ago, but either way, looks like I'm coming home with my truck today!
How did you get a hold of your regional Rep?

How did you get a hold of your regional Rep?
I had searched for other people having this same issue, and another forum member had contacted them. He said he had found them through LinkedIn and I messaged him to find out what his name was (but happened to find him at the same time the member replied to me). The member happened to have his actual email instead of just contacting him through LinkedIn in. If you need the DC/Baltimore rep, I know him, but otherwise you might have to search

Not a great photo or anything, but honestly I was so excited to drive it and play around I didn't take any other photos (and now I'm out of town for a conference until Thursday, just the worst timing...)

This is going to be me. Dealer is refusing to honor the order sheet I signed, charging me the sticker price instead. They know they can probably sell it at a markup to someone else, so there is little incentive for them to honor what I was promised. I will probably just walk away from the whole thing.
