What a BullSh*t release @Ford Motor Company.

After waiting over a year for an update you (Jim) announced was coming last fall, I am now convinced nothing is coming to those of us that were early adopters (2022 ER Lariat). This looks more like a buy my 2025 vehicles and not a we are doing right by those of you that have already invested in our technology development.

My current $2,400 trial ends in June of 2025 and I for one will NOT be paying another large annual ransom to keep it.

Nor will I be investing in your future vehicle lineup.

Mine is an issue with the hardware/modem apparently. It's going in for service on the 3rd, let's see if the dealer can get it cleared up...

PM me your VIN and what the issue is. It is possible you can fix it yourself depending on what the actual problem is.

I love my Comma3x! Unfortunately it doesn't look like it will work on 2024+ Lightning models.

THIS. If I am not getting updated before my included 3 years is up, it's highly unlikely that Ford will see me making a monthly BC subscription payment.

I have two vehicles whose BlueCruise subscription expires next year. As of right now I'm not resubscribing. I'll consider it if the product is significantly better.

Also, why communicate exclusively through press release? Pay an engineer to do an AMA on Reddit or enthusiast forum. Ford has Bronco, Mustang, F150, and the two EVs, all of which have a large online fan base. Throw us a bone every once in awhile. I'd like to know which vehicles are capable of receiving this update and why some are left out. If my truck doesn't have the hardware I don't have to hold out hope and be disappointed later.

I love my Comma3x! Unfortunately it doesn't look like it will work on 2024+ Lightning models.

Since we both don't own 24's... I guess that wont be an issue.

OK, GREAT A NEW ANNOUNCEMENT FOR BLUE CRUISE AND YET NO ONE CAN GET THE DAMN THING.
I HAVE HAD 1.0 BC SINCE DAY 1 ON MY22 LARIAT SR. MY TRUCK CAME WITH 3 YEARS OF BC FOR AN EXTRA $2000 THAT WAS BUILT INTO THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK. wHY CANT FORD JUST HAVE THE DEALERS DO THE UPDATE THROUGH FDRS FOR US AND BE DONE ALREADY GEEZ!
