I would think so - very few reports of this update. I've been very lucky for a few years being one of the first to get each release and nada for me in a month now.

If I recall it was mainly '23's that have reported it so far.

I got to join the happy karaoke throng today. The update was downloading as I parked my truck, a 2023 Lariat ER. My last experience with karaoke was at the Toronto airport in 2001. The rest of my family left me in an airport karaoke bar, and they all ran around town for the nightlife while our lodging was being prepared (I got to guard their luggage! ). I preferred to endure strangers serenading me instead of exerting myself after a long flight! (and it was right after flying resumed post 9/11, so there was all that stress in traveling, too).
