I noticed that as well as Target Charges for my various locations are now gone. Not a big deal but you have to wonder about who is writing this code that unrelated things get disrupted (like AM/FM presets but not SiriusXM presets) or if you ping the truck for another reason, Brake Coach turns back on.

I don't have any schedule settings for charging as I let my Chargepoint Home do it based on our VTOU electricity rates (11pm-7am here).

Looks like this update is going to screw up the setting for charging preferences. Just like you, my truck charged to 100% after the update (even though I had an 80% limit programmed). And it also deleted all of the "charge locations" I previously had.

But the worst part is that I can't correct the problem now. When I go back to my setting (both in Fordpass and on the truck itself), it won't let me enter anything under ""target charge" or "preferred charge time" because my charge locations disappeared and I don't have the option of adding the location again. It has a message that I can add a location "after your first AC charge session," but I just finished charging at home, so I don't know what the problem is.

Any ideas on how to fix this glitch, or am I doing something wrong?
Ug, I'm in the same boat. I'm going to be pretty unhappy if this can't be fixed.

Ug, I'm in the same boat. I'm going to be pretty unhappy if this can't be fixed.
I believe that once you charge at home again you’ll be able to set your preferences.

Hopefully. My wife drove the truck yesterday and I couldn't add a charging location today. She didn't drive very far though, so I'm hoping it just didn't charge.

I believe that once you charge at home again you’ll be able to set your preferences.
I have gone for several drives, over 40 minutes and charged twice at home…still no ability to add Mack my locations. I have to set the one time charge limit every time I plug in. Frustrating.

I get the full Early Access survey sent on each update and made sure to really bitch and moan on this one.

Still not sure they even test or QA the OTAs as none of these issues are one-offs.

I'll take free EA Kws as compensation for my troubles!

This is my experience as well. Sucks.

Honestly not sure. I've been in EAP since 2022 and don't necessarily get the OTAs first. If this is EAP only, they'll really have fun at Ford EV customer service if they don't debug it first.

EA software releases do come with a survey. I believe time has shown they are generally out a week before going GA. @TaxmanHog - the typical delay you see and notice.

I'm not sure what can be said of the BC 1.4 release. It is not following this protocol at all. In just a few more days we'll see if this 10.3 release does.

There are detailed EAP "products". True early release SW that Ford asks that you do not share and give methods for internal feedback. I don't see these SW releases fitting that model. If Ford were to get some negative feedback or otherwise negative telemetry data that shows problems, it might be pulled before going GA in a weeks time, but they are not releases where they are testing new features and asking for feedback and those features may never see GA at all because they don't get the desired feedback they were looking for.

Same boat here and have charged 3 times and just does't give me the option to add my home location back. I did fill out the survey and noted this.
