Crap cell reception at my house but I did let the truck run for a few hours in town friday. Is that why I'm getting this now (shrug).

I might just leave the truck running tomorrow while it sits at work, maybe it will download the next update...

Having the truck “running” should not make any difference. As long as your 12v battery is sufficiently charged if there is an update then it will do it on its own.

This is an inhibit drive update, the truck needs to be turned off at some point when it's ready to install now or at a scheduled time.

Once that's done, maybe you'll get lucky on subsequent updates, but they don't always come one after another.

Sorry, I was being flippant and too short in details.

As it was explained here updates only download by cellular. Since I don't have any reception at home I need to drive/run the truck where there is cell signal in order to download the updates.

Still waiting on this myself, maybe soon if others are getting it now? I think it should be the next up for me.

Although I did pick up a mongoose, still don't have a power supply/time to do them myself. Plus it's almost become fun to complain about being so far behind

WOW, you got 6.4.0 a year plus after I got it!

I left it running for 3 hours in cell coverage today. Not really expecting anything but all it cost to try was a percent or two of battery
