You can add mine to the list. 2023 XLT ER build date 11/23. 19109 miles, Power train malfunction Reduced power. POB 24:21. HVB Would no longer charge. Taken to dealer, confirmed battery module 2 cell 13 failure. Module 2
ordered and replaced. Battery balanced charged. Total time from drop off to vehicle return, 3 weeks. so far no additional malfunctions but vehicle was just returned today.

No battery module was replaced in May. They did a software update only. I was not clear and am sorry for any confusion. My battery has only been worked on once so far.

May I get the Month/Year of your Build Date, top of sticker driver's door jam, please? I am tracking the number of reports of Power Malfunctions / Reduced Power to get an idea if Ford is improving from their September, 2023 CSP 23B57 notice that 4% of trucks would have one or more battery module failures. [see my signature for spreadsheet]
My alert was a false alarm, it occurred after an OTA about a year and half ago. I had just mucked around with the 12v to get an OTA to install and after turning the truck back on I got a flurry of alerts. I turned it off, went to bed, and the alerts never returned. ( I also stopped getting OTA's...but that's a different can of worms. )

Update got my truck back today. Only took a week from drop off to pick up I’m impressed! They replaced module 2. Interesting it said module 2 cell 21 exceeded 10% SOC. They charged it to 100% to test.

Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power on my drive home. Limped home at not more than 2mph on up hills. Used FordPass and had it towed to dealer.
Off course, I’ll be calling them when they open in the morning.

I was a member of the 12/19 build week group. Got caught in holiday shutdown. My built date was 1/11.

Add one more to this list, 2024 Flash with 6,896 miles. Symptoms similar to those reported above - power train malfunction reported in dash message, truck showed reduced power (52%) and would not charge past 62%. The dealer took only 8 days to replace battery module 3, tier 1. So far after several hundred miles of use, it seems fine.

The dealer took only 8 days to replace battery module 3, tier 1.
Did they give you the work ticket? Please post, I think these help us. Sorry, I was hoping the bulk of these were behind us, and weren't coming in 2024 models. So disappointing ...

Very disappointing. This has been on going for over a year (2 years?). How has this not been resolved yet for current/future builds?

Is it the actual cells as the source of the problem, or the battery management system's ability to isolate, or reduce the impact, of certain pouches when they become irregular??
Ford is still making deals with SK On, so I am assuming the fabrication of the pouches aren't the only source of these module failures. Ford assembles the modules, Mickey pointed out how difficult it is to remove a pouch so I assume those pouch connections aren't the issue??
Is it the software inside the BMS that can't deal with "natural" tolerance of the pouch voltages ??

Fascinating problem, but not when it involves the main vehicle I have come to use and enjoy...
