I had to delete the 12AM-9AM charge times to get "Anytime" charging so it is one or the other
Exactly!

I edited post 41 to correct erroneous instruction.

Just discovered another fluke, but it's fixable, by using the DELETE button while editing the scheme. It will take extra time to SAVE to the cloud, and you will need to back up two menu levels to see the changes posted when you go back to the details screen.

In the truck SYNC screen we have a DELETE [time frames} button this is effectively the same and restores the ANYTIME condition

I prefer to just use the App and not go to the truck

I do as well, but battling the glitches, slow storing process, and complete redesign with little documentation, it's maddening, imagine the folks less technically adept.

My wife would NEVER get any of this and to get the general population to adopt requires intuitive fast and well documented processes.

Ford really needs a "Precondition Now" button

Only with regard to battery warming process I appreciate the idea, otherwise this button is your next best solution but only for cabin conditioning.

The randomness of "When" the truck thinks it should start battery warming led to them sticking with the "Departure Time" methodology, as they want to capitalize on it being plugged in and self preparing based on your intended leave time.

BUT

It's upwards of an hour prior the process is most effective, a lot of folks are sleeping in until the last minute of the morning, having a schedule takes care of business.

I can understand some folks have variable schedules, then your doing one of two things, editing the schedule or remembering to wake up, grab the phone early enough to click the [P] button then go about the morning constitutional routine and by the time you walk out the door she is ready to drive.

Easier to push a button than to have to set the time on the App

Funny story about this controversy came to Farley's attention and he highlighted the issue by advising we simply set an early departure time ie. several hours prior to our actual leave time to get that battery ready, the heat would be retained sufficiently that it's benefits were still present when we actually leave, if you wanted the seats & cabin warm, that only required a click of the cabin condition button while you were still eating breakfast.

Try adding it in the truck via the Sync screen, then see if the scheme is visible on the app.

Could be a cloud/server issue or configuration of your permissions in the truck.

EDIT: One more thing with ANDROID, force stop and clear the cache (not the data), then restart the app
When I checked the sync screen, it did show the times I set up in the app, but the app still did not show it and it isn't conditioning for the time specified.

what about the temp window that we discussed? It won't precondition unless the temps are below a certain value

Interesting observation for cool fall weather conditions, I was preparing of a road trip north, into chilly wet conditions, I knew I'd want comfort in the cabin and wanted a 90% starting SOC for the trip so I plugged in and let the planned departure time prepare the traction battery and cabin as it felt needed.

Leave time was 11:30, warm settings for cabin, outside temps' was mid 50's and damp.

The Lightning decided it would begin preparing the battery first, at 11:10 it switched on the PTC and started drawing current, peaking at 8.12 KW, some of this went to the AC/DC charger to peak up the battery SOC from a non visible fraction under 90% to 90%, then settle around 5KW eventually varying 2 to 3 KW until I went out to the truck, unplugged & started.

Cumulative energy for that 25 minutes was 1.22 kWH, cabin and steering wheel were toasty warm.

Note, normally in milder temps ~60's the cabin prep is all that I've seen happen, it would start 5 minutes prior to designated leave time and run for 10 minutes past leave time (15 minute remote start limiter selected in sync as my standard m/o).

When the temps are much colder, battery preparations can start earlier and draw high current longer before the cabin prep phase begins.

Still something going on with communications between your truck and Fordpass.
Maybe call Ford customer service see if they can dig into the problems with the account / truck pairing.
