You were right my apologies. My state of charge is a 94% and 12V is listed at 93% so I got confused.

This update is available but won’t go when I try to update now. Says “Interrupted by Another Process”. What could that be? It’s BECM so I tried doing the update without the shore power cable but that didn’t hel.

if the module/cell variation is too high, as is, my truck will refuse to move but after update, it will be able to limp at lower speed/power to my destination?

Not sure, Mine threw the service now errors before I got the 23B57 update, I believe, and I was still able to drive it at reduced power. But there might be different situations. Probably best to get the update sooner than later. I believe it's more of a case that the update will let it detect a problem earlier than without it. Perhaps without it such a problem could go undetected until the point that it would not allow for a limp home mode? Perhaps someone else has a more comprehensive link to a more precise description?

What was the solution to your service now warning? Did you have to replace a module?

Yup, replaced one module within about 2 months and then after a week a second module threw an error and was replaced with about 5 months. I have since surrendered the truck per Lemon Repurchase:

Apparently this update won’t go until I bring the truck in for a recall, which in have scheduled for July.

Hope to see this OTA update one day myself.
Only have owned this lightning since March 2024 though. Only thing is my previous lighting was lemoned shortly after dealer manually installed this update last fall. So there is always that concern in the back of my mind. Waiting for OTA and not in a hurry to take this lightning to dealership after what happened to my previous lightning…..
