Depends on what you mean by two breakers. You refered to the the main as four breakers but it is really two 2-pole breakers together in one. If it is two poles or two whole positions together, that is making it a higher voltage (240) at the same current, because positions alternate between 120V legs.
This is the main breaker for incoming to the panel

I think that's a single 2 pole 50A breaker. You may be able to replace it with a 100A breaker, but as it is, it's only 50A.
Thanks! I know DC and batteries, but I guess that type of knowledge doesn't transfer to AC currents ;)

If they make a compatible slim line model in 100A
Yes. That's why I said "may". Still, need to talk to a qualified electrician. Looking at this panel it has a 100A circuit for the stove. That seems high. Most modern stoves need a 50A circuit. So there may be an opportunity there. Talk to an electrician.

Definitely not a modern home. House built in the '60s, stove bought new probably 20 years ago, and panel upgraded 10 years ago. Lived in the house for 26 years.

Another thing I have not seen mentioned is that you CANNOT precondition the vehicle (at least the Mach-e) on a 120V EVSE. There just isn't enough power to pre-heat the battery. There isn't even enough to heat the cabin - it pulls from the battery if you ask for a remote start. Our EVSE had a fault (Grizzl-e replace on warranty) and we had to rely on the Ford mobile EVSE on a 120V circuit. It was not fun, and I would never own an EV without 240V charging available at home.
The RAV4EV I once drove with tesla technology was able to charge at 120 volt @ 30 amps so 3600 watt. Normally the supplied "trickle charger" with the car limits the current to 12 amps @ 120V = 1440 Watt. But there are exceptions.

I was able to precondition a BMW i3 with one as well

I wouldn't make any decisions until you verify those "labels". Typically you would want to see a spare in the off position to know it isn't being used - you might turn off and confirm nothing is affected. The 100A breaker for "stove" is suspect (larger than typical) as is 50/2 "house" breaker.

F150, Corvette, Bolt EV,
I have a number of slim 240V breakers in my panels. Just none 100A. I had to move stuff around to get some to match to two legs. Since there are slim breakers in we have to believe it is supported.

Good catch on both the labels and the 100A stove.

My i3 and Bolt will try to condition at 120VAC but the load would exceed the supply and the rest came from battery. Not sure if MME would decide to refuse power.

Could you post a photo of what they look like?

I'm curious to see how it would be set up, I'm imagining two slim groups with a breaker tie across all four switches, if any of the four breakers (or 240 groups) experience an excessive load all will trip off.
