We drive about 20,000 miles a year between 3 EVs, 2 Tesla's and the Lightning. We try to keep mileage below 7,500 on each vehicle to keep insurance low. In 18 months we put 9000 miles on the Lightning.

I’m thinking of swapping my 9,000 mile 2023 Lariat ER for a 2024 Platinum Lightning due to great lease deals this month.

The primary reason is Massaging seats that we have in our F-450 Platinum which the wife loves.

i would loose Blue Cruise after 90 days

I would also loose 20 miles of range.

What are your thoughts about this swap?

I just did the exact same thing

23 lariat that was actually one of the first 23’s so it’s almost 2.5 years old with 31k miles

the suspension / steering is a bit more “sporty” then the lariat imo but the seats 22” And power deployable boards are a nice upgrade. Ended up spending about $15k less then I paid for my Lariat plus 0% interest.
don’t be shocked about the range. Mine shows 275 at 100% but actually is better than the lariat was. The lariat would show 320 at 100 but wouldn’t never could get that.

I got a 24 Plat when they bought back my 23 150L. Finances and seats aside, I enjoyed getting the on board scales, BC 1.3 and all of the software updates with the MY24.
