NoJust curious if others with a recalled adapter see the same. When I login to my Ford Account Dashboard, I once again have a "Check the status of your Fast Charging Adapter here" link. This is new for me and has not shown for quite a while. No new info, shows all the same data as before the defective unit shipped. In production, should ship in June, etc...
I had that link but clicking it just gave me an error. Iโve actually traded off my first Lightning which got me the free adapter and have a 2024 that didnโt come with one. I wonder if Ford will still send me a replacement for the original adapter? CORRECTION: just found the email in my spam filter. sent to me on the 18th. I have a trip on Nov 22, that I cannot make without the Tesla adaptor. I've used my adaptor a half a dozen times and it's worked fine so if I don't get the replacement in time, I'm going to have to make the trip with my current one.As already posted I have NOT received the email. Mine was #1568 and it was shipped on June 7th
Finally looked at mine add me to 5/27/24Not a lot of new reports of recall emails that can be tied to a specific adapter (and thus date code). Here's is what y'all have reported so far:
