Anyone else get this message when they try to remote start their truck from FordPass? I’d say I have maybe a 25% success rate at having the truck actually start and I have no idea why

Yeah I thought it was some kind of connection issue, but I assumed it was due to the truck going into some kind of sleep state since reception should not be an issue on either endYes, it happens sometimes. Usually a result of communication not happening between FordPass, the Ford servers, and then the truck. FordPass is glitchy at best.
Make sure the phone has a good cellular or WiFi connection, and that the truck has good cellular connection.
Well there must be something going on with my truck then. It’s failed multiple times in different locations in the week and a half I’ve had itI've not had a start failure in 5 months. It is usually within close range.
I had FordPass connectivity issues too. I removed the negative terminal from the battery, powered everything down, plugged it back in and it fixed my issues and 3 others as well.Well there must be something going on with my truck then.
