Good on her!! My wife wouldn’t even know how to get the jack out, let alone tear it up using it.My wife had to change out a flat tire and managed to twist this part of the jack.
No, she is not super human.

Roadside assistance does exist, Ford even includes it for 5 years/60k miles in the warranty. It will cover changing a flat.We both know the issues with sissor jacks, but still. If it wasn't for a Subaru stopping and sharing a part of their jack, she would still be stuck out there.
This seems like a name and shame situation.Result from showing the dealer: Not our problem.
Took the truck to Les Schwab and they gave here a replacement.
