It’s a 2023 with 26k miles so I’ll be taking it in next week for sure. Just hate that the truck could be in the shop for god knows how long for a piece of cardboard trim. And why would a company install something like that on a vehicle that’s always out in the elements anyways? Are you outside your 3/36k? If not dealer warranty. If so, I would check with a trusted body shop.
There are foam pads glued to the back of the cab for sound deadening. Yours are coming loose. In order to fix it, they will have to pull the bed. It’s a 2023 with 26k miles so I’ll be taking it in next week for sure. They are common between all models.Wonder if it’s common to both the Lightning and the ICE F150’s?
damn, seems kinda excessive but it is what it is I guess. There are foam pads glued to the back of the cab for sound deadening. Yours are coming loose. In order to fix it, they will have to pull the bed.
I'm out of 3/36k warranty and have one coming loose. I'm not going to worry about mine, but you should get yours fixed.damn, seems kinda excessive but it is what it is I guess.
Weatherman, I'm just looking at your picture ... the lady who did the Silverado vs. Lightning review said she couldn't put her Kayak in the Ford. Looks like you have proven her wrong!Well not doubt for cost. It will be interesting to see what the dealer has to say about and to see what it actually made from. This is a 12’6” boat. I also have and carry a 15’ long touring boat as well. The bed extender is a requirement for the longer boat, but would not have been necessary for this boat.Weatherman, I'm just looking at your picture ... the lady who did the Silverado vs. Lightning review said she couldn't put her Kayak in the Ford.
