Anybody else’s reservation is gone?

Mine disappeared several weeks ago when Ford switched me to a new dealer. The dealer said "no worry" but I emailed Ford right away...no answer.

Mine is still there, but I checked on my phone and it was reloading the page by itself about 5x before it actually showed up

Thats what happened to me, and then I was blocked by Ford... lol.

The my account now says its under maintenance, so I really wouldn't worry about it

Maybe it a way for ford to hold on reservation money after the posted the build and configure site. Lol

❑ Customer will Select from available configuration to Order, select desired configuration click order now at which point they will be provided Dealer Pricing Summary & Order Deposit Amount. Customer will submit Order deposit and submit order request to the Dealer.

Hmm, a dealer pricing summary? So will this actually include any additional markup? Or will we need to do the whole dance of getting a confirmed price in writing directly from the dealership?

I never got an email from Ford, but my dealership says I can put in my order now. Is there a scenario where a dealership can convert my reservation but I didn't get an email from Ford?

Their website is completely broken once you log in (as of this morning?), so I cannot even see my reservation or account profile right now.

No one can order today, only view build configurations and pricing. Ordering for the first wave starts on Thursday.
