I think they are just hedging bets. IMO, with everything that has happened recently, the rebates are dead. It will be especially hard to pass in an election year.

It shouldn't delay anything. Nothing has been scheduled yet.

That is $40 lower on the max trailer tow package than I have on my order sheet.

Rivian I ordered after Ford kicked my 1st day "reservation" to infinity and beyond will be $70k. Expect both in '24 so Rivian will have the $10k discount vs. Fords $2,500.

It should not matter if a BBB comes to pass because the Destination Charge does not count towards the MSRP under Tax Credit Law.
