Just posted about this in another thread, but anyone with a April order (5/2 or before) try the link to Sunrun where is asks for info and have any success? My prod date is 8 weeks from Monday so mine failed I believe.

Mine had the subject line which said “Make Room for Your New F-150 Lightning.”

I do have one on order, so that made sense to me.

I have a build week of 5/9 and the Sunrun link works for me. I plan to just have them ship me the Charge Station Pro as I will use a Chargepoint Flex instead that requires just a 50A services run.

I was able to get into the sunrun link this evening. But got the can't find your order. I dont have a vin or build date yet, but ordered 2/3. Was hoping for build date today, but guess not yet....

Since it's tied to build date & vin generated, this might be a way to test on Wednesday's of subsequent weeks, maybe it will detect a date and vin that has been selected but not revealed until Thursday!?!?!?

At least now I am starting to get this message... The thing is is that I know SunRun cannot help me in the state of Washington anyways and all I really need to know are probably the details surrounding the installation of the HIS and details that the electricians may need to understand...

Same here. Didn’t even order yet. But at least the dude in the picture is wearing a hard hat and safety harness….to plug in a charger lol. Safety first!

I just received a “Your vehicle is scheduled for production“ email. Same date as before, Week of May 16, but VIN is included.
