Charge Station Pro Problems

2022 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat ER
I have the CSP installed to a 100amp breaker on my panel and everything works fine, but I'm getting tons of messages on the FordPass app saying something went wrong. I see the list of charging events that coincide with the messages but nothing really gives me any idea what the actual issue it. It charges my truck just fine so I have no idea what's going on. Anyone else getting this?

It charges fine? It looks like it is charging in tiny bursts then stopping, that's why there are so many individual charge events. There should be just one with the total kwh that was added. So something is going wrong. What else does Ford pass say in that troubleshooting message when you click on it?

I had my charge station pro installed on a 100amp circuit as well .( mine is outside ). . During the first and second days , I got the same messages but the truck charged fine . I had nearly 70 messages total during those two days . I changed the settings so that my truck would just charge late at night and the messages disappeared. I’m not saying the late at night charge settings actually fixed the problem , but it’s the only change that I’m aware of making.

I wonder if the CCP is really having issues or if this is just another one of the 14,675,153 bugs in FordPass?

I had the same issue. 50+ of the same message. If you follow the instructions and go to the charge station for "more information" there is nothing.

I power cycled the CSP by turning off the breaker for few minutes and set it up to charge overnight and didn't recieve any messages.

BTW the charging speed did not seem at all effected by the messages and the charge log looks normal for the charging session with the errors.

I guess my next step is to power cycle it with the breaker. That sounds exactly like the same issues mine is having.

Same here. This time when I clicked on the Manage Charger button in the message, a pop up showed that the charger over heated and to try charging again later.

Well this is going to be fun. Was 103 here today. Will be that again tomorrow then 105 Saturday and Sunday. I think I read the CSP is rated for 115f. 93 as I post this at 9:30 PM CDT.

Something is definitely wrong. Unless you were unplugging the charger every few minutes on Tuesday morning, you should not have multiple charge events.

My charger was installed by a local , licensed electrician. Also I got another 14 last night . Yesterday was in the low 90s . The only other change I’ve mad recently is unspooling all of the charging cord As I’ve been parking my truck further away from the charger.
