The tear tag is apparently a code generated by the system, and it indicates all the modules have popped. My understanding is you can think of it like a "inspected by no. 13" sticker, it means it's finished that process and has been inspected (in this case by a computer). The code is some kind of hash that should be the same for every similarly configured truck in terms of modules.

My first Harley was a 1998 FXSTS (Springer), no longer have her, I put a lot of miles on her and a couple engine rebuilds (I'm tough on motors), eventually sold her to fund my racing addiction.
This is me ascending the Mount Washington Auto road many moons ago...

I bought mine after retiring from the Army. It’s been an awesome bike. Lots of miles, lots of repairs, and still ridden almost daily.

The main thing you want to look for is the tear tag. That indicates all the modules have popped. None of the other data is useful.
