He said my order is "Unscheduled-Clean". I asked for a screenshot to verify my information.

edit: He is unable to send a screenshot because other customers info in on the screen. Should i start getting worried? lol
Doesn't he know how to crop a screenshot? Think that is a function on every device now.

Interesting to me reading stories here like yours and on the Ford Maverick forum on how little some of the people work at dealers know and are unwilling to try to do to help their customers.
As an example, the automatic door handle function on a lot of Mavericks stopped working. Several dealers said it was a software issue that required an update, others said the door handles had to be replaced. Ultimately, the problem can be fixed in the menu settings on the steering wheel.

I am at the same dealer as greenne and sotek and ordered at the same time, but I didn't get scheduled last week when they did.
For reference, Sotek ordered a bit before me..he is in April wave and I was in Wave 7. What was your build? I think Sotek and I are both Lariat ER.

I guess this is where we belong. We also got a June call from dealer with additional Lariat allocations, and we were offered one. Just saw today that we now have "scheduled for production". 9/12. Yay! I had been wondering about this Blue Cruise Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 - feature. It shows as a feature on our order. I thought it was standard with the Lariat? Reading on the ford website, it's going to cost another $600 for the software when it comes out, that is good for 3 yrs, after which you need to pay a subscription fee to keep it. Everything today requires a "subscription" fee.... I wonder how much we are paying in total for "subscriptions" these days...

Active is standard on the Lariat ER. A 3 year subscription is included. It's after the 3 years is over that you have to pay another fee to keep the service.

Active is standard on the Lariat ER. A 3 year subscription is included. It's after the 3 years is over that you have to pay another fee to keep the service.
Is i 3 years it comes with or only 1 year? I haven't seen that written down. It was only 1 year free with our Mach-e.

Edit - still worth it though. Blue cruise hands free is a game changer on road trips.

1 year was given free to the people with Job1 F150 and Mach-E's that Ford took an excessive time to get the software to.
