Tomorrow is the first day of my delivery window. It was dropped off by the railroad on Sunday night so it’s just a short drive to the dealer. Hoping to have it by the weekend but there’s no more tracking to check.

Got my paperwork started at @Granger Ford today and ready to pick up on Friday. Super easy and the private offer was already included. So far it's the best new vehicle buying experience ever!

Only downside was their discovery of a paint defect under the clear coat on the passenger door. We agreed to let it go for now and I can have it fixed under warranty at a local dealer. It wasn't a big spot.

Ordered XLT base so 6500 as expected.

Would you look at that, Built on 11/14! Estimated delivery is blank, but that's proof of life for my XLT. Of note, I think the ordertrack.app site had it before I could get the Ford page to update properly, so I'm glad we have that.

I'm still stuck in "in production" jail. Blend date was October 27th. Ford Chat and my Dealer have both said they can't estimate whether I'll get the vehicle before the end of this year, and if I take delivery next year, I will lose any tax benefit/rebate, which is a total deal breaker for me.

It looks like the latest ETA on the spreadsheet above is 12/7, so maybe there is still hope.

Same situation here, still waiting on a chip hold, and the tax break would have allowed me some instant equity in the vehicle despite the slowing resale market should I decide to trade in after a year or two...gonna be a tough call.

Called my dealer hoping for more detailed tracking information (and hopefully a sooner delivery date) for my truck that shipped on 11/10.

The ETA I got is from them is December 12th-17th! Even later than the Ford.com tracker. And according to the dealer, it's sitting in Riverdale, IL. Which I guess might be the same as Markham, IL, where my railcar supposedly is.

It's supposed to reach Oregon via convoy. Thinking it hasn't even been unloaded off the railcar yet. Nor will it be for maybe another month according to this estimate .

Mine's built 11/7/2022. No ship date yet.

My dealer just called me saying that the truck had been shipped (it actually was over the weekend) and is currently in Riverdale. He thinks that will be delivered by the end of November.

The longest ship-to-deliver on the tracker for our build week has been two weeks. I guess the dealer was erring on the side of "don't disappoint the customer."
