Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I had my truck (2023 Lariat ER) parked on the hill in my driveway while I snow blowed the parking spots. The truck was in park, parking brake was on and the truck either rolled or slid backwards down the hill. The good news is it was stopped from going to far by running into my girlfriend's car that was parked behind it I have done the same thing for the last four years we have lived at this house, with four other trucks, a 2019 Chevy 1500, a 2021 GMC 1500, a 2022 Tacoma, and a 2020 RAM 1500 and have never had anything like this happen before. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. Yes I am sure the truck was in park (I had put the shift handle down into the center console, which can only be done in park) and it automatically engaged the parking brake because it was on the hill. It was probably about 10-15 minutes after I parked that the truck slid into her car.
