Or after. My rear motors have a June build date while my truck was otherwise assembled the week of May 23, 2022.
There appears to have been a production lag that week, supply issues waiting for motors???
You went down the line 6/9/2022, so the date at the top of the GVWR sticker still shows 05/22? If so, then that was the ~INTENDED~ build month though it happened a couple weeks later in June.

example, pink is build month/year
yellow is original schedule blend day

There was a disturbance in the production flow on or about 5/23/2022 notice the sudden lag blend to in production delay jumped from 1 day to 8-15 days

The dealer on the CSPs of recent says "parts are on order but the UAW strike may negate parts being shipped".

Please advise on how it's going for you all?

That was my first thought. People do strange things though. I'm [sure there's] someone [who] had put a bowl of soup up there and took a corner too fast or something. I mean, they need to put warning on lawn mowers to not trim a hedge with it.

edited to make it clear that wasn't me :D
Now I know where to put my bowl (on gimbals) of steaming hot ramen noodles and tuna after heating with the hot plate on the work surface.

Dealer says I can drop off today but won’t be ready until Tuesday which makes sense because of the weekend. They are taking care of the Lightbar, software, and this latest one. It seems they are trying to discourage me from taking it in, asking if I wanted to reschedule.

Unfortunately it was just a message so I was unable to as what the difference was between dropping off toda or rescheduling. I am assuming they would order the parts needed and then be ready the next time. I am honestly not sure, so I’ll be taking the drive to the dealer this morning to find out.

Edit: Parts ordered, no loaner for these recalls/CSP. They will call to schedule once parts come in

I'm a bit confused. How is liquid going to leak through? Who uses that area as a cup holder?
I have been stashing my dog's water bowl up there during trips, rather than dump it out each time I save the little bit for next time we stop... Gonna stop doing that now.

When you make your appointment for your recalls/CSPs, double-check that the service techs are ready. I scheduled mine last week, cleared the whole day for them to have the truck and drove it 50 miles to the dealer only to have them call me later in the morning and say that it would take 6-8 hrs and the tech wanted 2 days to do it. I asked if they could do a couple of the recalls that day, but they said he wanted to do it all at once.

The short story: I wasted an entire day (and 100 miles of driving) because they put me on the schedule without looking to see what was involved (even though they saw that there were 5 open issues when scheduling).

The new one looks kind of like a boot tray you’d put your shoes in by the front door, could easily hold at least a half cup. Pops in and out in about 30 secs, no need to carry a water bowl anymore… :p

A few of us remember that well. I'm right in the middle of that list. 5/24 blend. Things just went black. Took forever for our modules to pop a few weeks later. There were MANY problems with the line. I had stickers in my truck that came from parts that went in another truck. I had a sticker on a back seat indicating it was installed way after my truck came off the line.

Sad you were treated this way and they have no concern for you as a customer. I just don't understand how dealerships have just developed such a shitty attitude that most of them care less about their customers.

Inspecting the wiper motor is a 10 minute task, replacing it about 30. Updating the software is a 30 to 45 minute task after they connect a battery jumper of sorts. The dash mat is a 30 second replacement.

The light bar, maybe more involved. I've heard a couple of hours.

To say the lest to have you come in with an appointment - they could all be knocked out in 3 maybe 4 hours if they focused and just worked. More than half a day is crazy, 2 days is downright abuse and misuse of you, the Ford billing systems and of a techs time.

I don’t even have the wiper motor recall. I wonder if they think they have to replace the battery module. (Unless I’m lucky, they shouldn’t)

Took my truck in today to have my Pro Power problem diagnosed. Not sure if they will install the speaker cover today or wait for the rear lightbar and dash mat to come in. Also hoping they install the new battery module software today.
What is the battery module software?
