I ran Autotrader and Ford.com on the dealer where I bought my Lightning and got the same number of Lightning listings.Ford doesn't list them, dealers do. Dealers pay money to list them, right?
I can tell you that when I was looking for mannequins, I used 1/2 dozen sources, none of which were Ford.com (because they didn't let you), and no site was the same. I also found that some dealers, with locations around the country, listed the same vehicle at multiple locations, both on sites like Autotrader.com and other sites (and on Ford.com later).
In my area when I run Autotrader and Ford.com they aren't within 25% of each other. I have not compared listings to see specifics. I get 100+ on Ford.com until I lower the mileage to 20, where it shows 84 matches, including dealer orders.
