Wondering if someone can check mine as well.. New owner of an XLT since 2 weeks and saw lots of people saying they are on 6.3 and have % shown.. No update available

Your truck is 3 months old and was built with most of the latest updates already from factory. Based on your current Sync version, you still need a few updates to be fully up to date. However, as per a reliable source on this forum, the 2023 Lightnings are currently not on the OTA roll-out plan. They are most likely trying to get the 2022's caught up first.

Thanks for the update, I’ll leave off the 2 day FDRS for a little longer then. Strange I had updated the PCM twice and it still hasn’t registered as updated, and that TCM must be a new one since updating it two weeks ago.

Spoiler: here are most of my current versions of updates from my last FDRS run.

Note: These are for the Australian version of the Ranger MY22 that has just been released in US earlier this year. It seems to share a lot of the standard modules from the US trucks.

Anyone care to check and see if they notice anything blocking updates on mine? 2022 Lariat ER, hasn't received OTA updates in at least a year (if ever). It was previously a demo vehicle at the dealer, I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

Search and read the threads on "fleet mode". Demo trucks were often set up this way and do not get updates.

I suspected that may be the issue, so I called into Ford and they verified that there's no Fleet or Demo mode attached to my Lightning, it's marked as retail.

Was hoping to see if there are any software updates in the queue for my 23 Lariat. I’ve had it for months now and have never gotten any update - power up or sync. I’d love to get the Apple Maps update and get rid of the phony “100” by my battery meter.

Really appreciate it. Are any of these things critical? I’ve been waiting for the dealership to tell me when they can update the truck but it’s been a few weeks. Would these module updates prevent an OTA from popping up?
