D'oh, sorry to hear it! If it needs a module replacement, mine took about 3 weeks total. Wasn't thrilled with communication while mine was in, but the truck has been good since I got it back. What dealer do you take yours to? I'm still looking for one in Austin, but didn't have a great experience at Lief Johnson for a minor thing, so I took it to new braunfels (where I bought it) for the battery issue since I figured they might care a little more.After 26k flawless miles, I thought I was immune. Popped up, and only 20% power available. I was able to drive home. had it towed to dealer and waiting to see. Just hoping it doesn’t take too long. I would prefer it just need BMS soft update (which was on recall for OTA update but idk if that ever happened). Don’t really want dealer cracking open the battery to replace a module.
i hope it doesn’t take a long time, I miss my truck.
