Note my last comment on the 6.3.0 thread.....I got 6.4 in the last few days - but not 6.3 - will I also get 6.3?
Agreed, ridiculous! I've never had an update and I'm at 355 days since purchasing the truck. I would have to work very hard to meet the requirements above. One of these days I'll just take it to the dealer so they can force it.Today is 350 days since the last update.
I called the OTA team, and they told me to do the following for 2 weeks straight....
Charge the High Voltage battery to 91%
Drive the truck for 30 minutes (but make sure the battery is still at 91%)
Set the update schedule to 12:01am
Turn off the headlights (can't be in auto)
Turn off the ignition
Close and lock all doors/frunk/tailgate
I told her that I won't be doing all of that. It's ridiculous to think that I need to do all of that just in hopes that maybe they will send me an update.

I'm at 9 months since my last update, watching to see if they do anything. Fingers crossed!I had the OTA team open a case, and I have an appointment to drop the truck off at the dealership this afternoon. So we’ll see what they will actually do for me.
Just checked your VIN. "Not complete" means the OTA failed and that is exactly what happened; it failed due to a corrupted manifest. Nothing you did wrong or could have done differently. It will be resent eventually. Until another update gets sent, that is what you will see any time you check it.My truck has been showing this for over a week now. Assuming I am also "stuck"... This is the first indication of anything being pushed to me since I purchased at the beginning of April. Its unfortunate that is appears its already failing.
Is this something, I would be able to apply via FDRS? I am about due to grab another weekend worth of access and apply anything pending on the vehicle. I have been thinking that roughly quarterly would be a good rhythm for updates that way.Just checked your VIN. Yes, but an ACM update is not worth $50, IMO.Is this something, I would be able to apply via FDRS? I am about due to grab another weekend worth of access and apply anything pending on the vehicle. I have been thinking that roughly quarterly would be a good rhythm for updates that way.
Looks like I’m on the same schedule as you, just got my Tesla today and 6.4 a few days ago…I have had my 2023 Lariat for 126 days and have had 9 updates.
Ford has got to do better for you guys.
