Did the 2024 LFP battery ever actually show up? There's no mention of it in the 2025 guide that I saw either. I am guessing they couldnt source an LFP that met rebate requirements?

Who are "they" offered $12-$18k off) lariats and platinums."? FMC or dealerships?

Any idea how much dealerships are currently selling Lariats (2023 or 2024) below MSRP?

akins ford in winder GA was offering 23’s this past spring. Had about 20 that sat for 4-5 months then discounted them 12-18k and sold them all in a month.
Haven’t seen really anything out there this year. Almost seems ford hardly built and 24’s and is just going to start making 25’s. See a few flashes floating around but no new platinums and hardly any lariats.

As a #1 Ford advocate, and owner of well over 30 Ford trucks, I really hope they lose their Best Selling title soon. Seems that would push that jackass in charge to get with it.
Ever since I had my ‘22 King Ranch come in after a 17 month wait, to find a $350 credit for the massaging seats that $1500 wouldn’t buy the parts, I have felt Ford could care less about us. Another reason I dumped my Lightning. I really don’t think a company that can’t figure out how important a friggin spare tire is, will actually support early EV adopters long term. I think we are seeing it now. What support will they offer now that the Lightning is tanking? It’s sad for someone who used to eat, breathe, and (you know) Ford.

With production completed for the 2024 Lightnings, I wonder how long it will take for dealers to sell (most) of the in-transit and delivered trucks. I'll be curious to see how Ford chooses to incentivize the remaining inventory come the new year. A return of the $7,500 rebate (for ERs) and continuation of the 0% for 72 months??

They just gave DEALERS incentives. Sell 1-9, get $1,000 each. Sell 1-15, get $1,500. Sell 15, get $22,500. The DEALER gets it, not the buyer… unless they chose to use that to sweeten a deal. Good 10/15 through 11/15. Have to take trucks from the distribution centers.

I am good with my ‘24 Lariat. I snagged one with Max Tow and Pro Power. It’s got the heat pump. Nice car so far! Xplan got me 6500 in rebates on a lease (will buy it out at lease end).
