20k, 18mths - High Volt Batt issue and Wall Charger Issue

Love the truck. First Issue.

2 weeks ago my wall charger switch to a red bar and my truck did not complete it typical overnight charge. Since then I would charge to 85% but as soon as I backed down the driveway it would go to 83%.

Yesterday I get a Service Now warning and a Stop Safely Now warn ing. Parked the truck and called dealer for pickup and tow.

Today, get a message the High Voltage Battery has Bad cell and will need the truck for a week. (loaner F150 on route from dealer)

Question:
Did the charger screw up the Battery?
Did the Battery screw up the charger?
Does the Ford Charger has warrenty period or part of the Bumper2Bumper?

Today also saw the wall charger still has a red bar even when unplugged

Double check the seating of the dongle into the EVSE case and plug into the wall outlet, if it's still an issue, you're covered, get it replaced.

High voltage battery and eDrive components covered by this warranty include the high voltage battery assembly, Bussed Electrical Center (BEC), Battery Energy Control Module (BECM), on-board charger, Inverter System Controller (ISC), DC/DC converter, and eDrive.

And No! That level one charger did not harm your trucks battery. That thing doesn’t have power to mess up anything , but maybe it’s self.

Those little Ford Mobile Power cords have had many failures. Made by Webasto, sold on Amazon as Webasto Go, many reports of failures there too, some meltdowns, literally.

Not apparently suitable for everyday use, just as an emergency backup on the road perhaps.

I attached the Webasto manual with the trouble light indications fyi

The red light on can mean either it is rebooting after an error "THE MOBILE CHARGER IS
AUTOMATICALLY RECOVERING AFTER ENCOUNTERING AN ERROR.
WAIT FOR THE MOBILE CHARGER TO RETURN TO STANDBY. IF THE MOBILE
CHARGER CYCLES FOR MORE THAN 2-3 MINUTES, UNPLUG THE VEHICLE
COUPLER. UNPLUG AND REPLUG IN THE ADAPTER. IF THE ISSUE PERSISTS,
CONTACT CONTRACTUAL PARTNER FOR SUPPORT."

Thanks. Dealer replaced. It would go from blue to red in 3 seconds after being plugged into wall.
