After getting the Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power warning my truck was in the shop for 32 Days. I delivered the truck with 49% Power and received the truck with 47% power and the dealer claimed they had replaced an Array. I find this unusual based on the need to balance the batteries. Are the arrays shipped at 50% and this as expected? I would think the process would involve a full charge cycle to test the systems. Any comments?

I had the same experience. Have had the truck back for almost two weeks and have had no issue. Have charge the battery to 70% and 90% several times since being returned.

New array is charged or discharged to match the rest of the pack to provide balance

The balancing will make all the cells have the same voltage, so the old ones and the new ones adjust to get to balance, and ended up at a total SOC (estimate) of 47%, not an indication of any problem though.
