Looks like all weā€™re getting for Christmas is a bag of coal and the finger.
I don't understand how ford ignores their early 22 adopters/owners. We deserve all the updates and fixes first. We are the group who have subscription Blue cruise 1.0 that next year expires. Hello Ford 22 Lightnings deserve new OTA'S and new software first. The 22 owners paid a huge premium during covid for these trucks and deserve better!

I don't understand how ford ignores their early 22 adopters/owners. We deserve all the updates and fixes first. We are the group who have subscription Blue cruise 1.0 that next year expires. Hello Ford 22 Lightnings deserve new OTA'S and new software first. The 22 owners paid a huge premium during covid for these trucks and deserve better!
Well, it took 2021 Mach E's several months to get it after they pushed it out to the 2022-2023 model years first, so brace yourself.

For folks with active CSP - are you getting updates?

Dealer refused CSP update a few weeks ago so trying again Monday.
Which one and what was the excuse?

For the charge cord issue i would tell them to eat it. No frigging way you should have to get stranded BEFORE they will do anything update.

As for the sensors, well sounds like now that it got cold out you have received alerts when braking when there is no traffic around....

Itā€™s the front sensor and charge cord updates.
I never had front sensor errors but went in for the csp anyway. It messed up my rear view camera. Iā€™ve gotten two of the 10.1 updates prior to trying to get the csp done.

Iā€™m not sure they owe me anything, however, when you tell me you are going to do something for me I expect you to keep your word.

We were told by Jim Farly directly that we would be given an adapter and we would be getting the advanced BC when it was 1.2. That was supposed to have happen over a year ago now.

So yes, they owe us those two things and an apology for them both being poorly managed and LATE!

They're not denying you the CSP. They're denying your request to do other unrelated software updates. This directed by Ford and no dealer will do that.
Exactly, first rule of fight club .........

My dealer called me recently about the csp with the charge cord to setup a mobile appt. They'll do it at my house the week of Christmas. They have done this with other csp's previously. It's too bad more dealers aren't like mine.

This is how to ensure I won't even consider paying for BC after my 3 year trial expires. For the kind of money they want, I expect updates to occur often and quickly. For half that I'll accept regular updates that are pushed to me quickly. If you want to act like a software company, you better operate like one, too.
