Hi F-150 Lightning owners.
As we kick off 2025, there are some changes coming to the way Ford manages the brand’s contributions to this forum. Early January 2025 we will have a Ford electric vehicle advisor available within business hours managing this account. Our goal of this change is to be a more active participant within this community.
While we prepare for the changes there will be a short handover period where the account may be quiet or slow to respond. In the meantime, you can sign up for 24/7 Live Support by signing into your Ford account.
