'23 F-150 Lightning ER
Day 25, Fri 31 Jan. 5p. Vehicle warranty repair complete with replacement module #3.
Post module replacement, I still have slower than typical AC charging above 93%. The 240V/80A 16.3 kW charge has slowed to 11.2 kW already at 93%. AC charging typically stays at max until ~98%. Does it normally take awhile post module replacement to return to the normal charging curve?

~ 3 weeks for the fine balancing of new module to the rest of your pack.

2 week turnaround time hopefully.
No other issues previously with the truck.

Add me to the list of unfortunates. Got the yellow wrench, 57% reduced power indications. I have a bad cell in module 1 of the battery.

Build date: 07/22
Lariat ER
64,530 miles

I also noticed that the truck would not do any regen charging as I drove it to the dealer. They are getting me into a rental. How does the fuel reimbursement work?

I had a 2018 f150 where the tranny went out one year in as well. I had to do the same thing that time - rent a car on my own and submit for reimbursement so even worse actually. Loaners should be guaranteed for vehicle's having warranty repairs done - criminal that they are not. No loaner - call enterprise for your customer and set it up on Ford's dime. How there is a module shortage is criminal as well - not like these things are flying off the shelf so you would think suppliers would be in stock if Ford sales are not hitting expectations. All this sucks because for the first 19K miles it was the best vehicle I've ever driven
Received vehicle back - about 5 weeks for the repair. After a few days all seems good - they did some updates as I have the walk away lock which is pretty handy

Going on a week and my dealer keeps saying they have no ETA on the module replacement. They didn't tell me it is backordered, they just can't tell me anything. They said they can't see anything good or bad from Ford on the status so I just have to hurry up and wait.

They sent me to Hertz for a rental and then left me there.... Hertz had nothing on the lot so they had to get a transfer from the only other store within 30 minutes.. Only that that rental place had was a RAM 2500...I took it otherwise I would be stranded, but had to wait for someone to drive it over to me. I am not a fan of it.... Hopefully Ford comes through and gets the module replacement soon.

Truck started this on day 1 after picking new truck up from GA and driving to AL. Local dealers aren’t being much help and no loaners available so I have to wait until I can get another vehicle.

24 ER lariat now with 700 miles. Started at 250 and happens every day. The only problem is it sometimes stays in drive when parked and you have to shut it down for 10 mins then restart. Any ideas or help?

There have been issues reported withe shifter mechanism that will throw that code and cause problems with shifting.

Next time it throws the code drive to the Ford dealer, do not turn the vehicle off, and have them look at it before the code clears. Your new, under warranty vehicle should not be doing that and it is Ford’s responsibility to repair it. Once they see what trouble code it is throwing you’ll have a better idea of how long it will take to repair.

So yesterday I experienced the dreaded service soon orange wrench icon. I have 57% power available, and the ford app says powertrain or 4 wheel drive fault. I think I’m looking at new battery modules. Truck is at 52,000 miles.
