I would take another look at the order guide. 131kwh doesn't show up until Platinum trim level.
From Major Product Changes Page 1:
Ford F-150 Lightning 2025 Order banks open through dealers today (2/11/25) 1739325868444-e5

From Equipment Group - Lariat page 13, only one choice:
Ford F-150 Lightning 2025 Order banks open through dealers today (2/11/25) 1739325986431-x5

Note current Production - Job 1, the Flash is still 131. The change to the 122 doesn't occur on the Flash until Job 2.

So on Tim's live stream tonight he stated:

2025 order banks are open for dealers. They will be for Job 2. (He thinks Job 1 may have been for Fleet??).
They are doing away with Replenishment Centers.
2024's are almost gone. They have 3 2024's on their lot at $15K off (includes the $7500 Fed credit)
They have 2 allocations so he put a couple of stock orders in for Flashes.
Scheduling begins Thursday for Job 2.
They are selling 2025's at invoice. Would like to have retail orders instead of stock.
He will make a video on the Job 2 changes and work his way through Build & Price (using 2024 as a reference).

Here is the replay cued up where he discusses all this. About 5 minutes.

In my opinion, situations such as this, are what limit EV adoption...you need to be a little curious about learning to switch from ICE to EV. If you lack curiosity, then the dealership needs to explicitly teach you the differences. The Lightning was our first EV. I spent hours learning about the different level chargers, adapters, and apps necessary to have a successful EV experience. Even then there have been a few "on the job" learning situations. Dealerships that don't take the time to understand your EV education or level of curiosity, are setting the user up for a steep learning curve. I know this has been debated ad nauseum on here...but here is another example of dealerships potentially confusing the hell out of a consumer who is then left frustrated.
Ford service departments keep trying to sell Lightning owners an oil change. There is no hope or capability that Ford dealers will educate new owners.

Ford can't help but try to put themselves out of business. They can't write and distribute SW, but yet they want to complicate the assembly line and support forever by introducing a new size battery. They prove every day they can't simply and just deliver.

My sales guy bragged that I could use my ford point for oil changes, lube jobs, and air filters.

Long way to go bub.
