Is it possible that you had a bad cell connection both places? I had an issue at a Flo station that turned out to be that *someone* had put my phone into airplane mode. That just totally screwed things up, the app looked like it was working, the charger looked like it was trying but I got no charge with the red rings. (This was on a rented Mach-E). People next to me were charging fine.
I had excellent cell service, used phone to call Flo. Also I tried activating the charger every which way including RFID card which would bypass the phone entirely. So I dunno. Thank you though.

I mean, this is a possibility. Nothing you have written indicates the issue is definitely with the truck. The issue might be with the truck but it might have been with the chargers you were using too.

How did you identify the Tesla chargers as being compatible? Identifying compatible Tesla chargers is more difficult than it should be.
I don’t think it’s very difficult really. Tesla website shows it as open to Non Tesla Vehicles, as does PlugShare, and then the fact that I have successfully charged at the exact same station previously without issue. Seems highly unlikely that the Flo station and Tesla station with six stalls were all malfunctioning. To me the common denominator is the truck. I don’t want it to be the truck but I think a reasonable person would draw that conclusion.

Detailed information like this prevents questions like mine above.

Good luck with your truck, hopefully it's something simple. Please update this thread with the diagnosis for the benefit of others in a similar situation.

🤣 Apparently.
Heliian, no offense, but you clearly have nothing to add to the discussion. Maybe go be the lemon police in another thread where you can be more useful.

The same information was already provided if you just read the earlier comments. Nothing about finding a Tesla charger is difficult.

Search for a Tesla supercharger on your phone using your browser, Google Maps, or Apple Maps and tell me if it will work with your truck. You might be able to find a review that mentions compatibility. It's easy for you because you know how to do it. It's not easy for the uninitiated.

Whatever point you are trying to make maybe make it elsewhere as it has literally nothing to do with the discussion at hand. If I was uninitiated I would google Tesla supercharger map, find the map and look at it. It’s not rocket surgery.

You seem to have a misunderstanding of the culture of this forum.

Oh do I? When people post useless replies about lemon laws and how their trucks are amazing machines that nothing could ever go wrong with it’s a bit much for me. Try taking a balanced approach. They’re great trucks and things can go wrong with them. Like the one clown in this thread telling me that since I had previously DC charged it couldn’t possibly be the truck. Some people in here are just a little bit too obsessed with their truck and telling anyone else who has issues that they don’t know what they’re talking about. The culture ha.
