Because they didn't want to decrease the amount of ICE trucks they could build. The REVC, originally designed with the 50k annual production number, could have been ran in addition to the ICE plant by running Body and Paint overtime and keeping the ASRS building full.

The outer bodyside and fender panels are different between the ICE and Lightning, so the mud flaps do not interchange. However, the console vault is the same. I removed mine from my 2021 ICE F150 and installed it in my Lightning. Same with my folding tonneau cover and bed mat.
