Good to know. Unfortunately, I had to order my truck through the dealership due to an ownership change. As a result, I cannot see any information on my personal order page.

There is no reason to be sad. The dealership answers questions and tries to take care of the customer by doing the right thing within the right and left lateral limits placed on them by Ford.

Your vin is not showing a load number on United Road, might be going via another service.

For those who are being carried by United Road, the dealer link will become active after the trailer load is dropped at the dealership.

Same here...changed from 7/25-7/31
to 7/31-8/6...NO surprise !!!

For those who are being carried by United Road, the dealer link will become active after the trailer load is dropped at the dealership.

So between removal from the train the train and arrival at the dealership, the trucks go into a dark hole much like the Apollo space craft did during lunar orbits when they were on the opposite side of the moon.

Look at that - becoming official. Seems a lot of rail and truck disruption going many directions. Those headed to TX once headed in the right way have seemed to make it pretty quickly. The UP line was my friend for a week. 6 of us in DFW tracked 3 rail cars together a week or so back. I would think you would come the same route through DFW and maybe another day to get there. Get that rail car in a day or two.

I hope the rest of week 5/23 gets their trucks soon. Trust me, the wait is worth it. This thing is amazing, people are drooling over it and my wife who was skeptical of a full size truck loves it. Happy wife, happy life!
