I have been on the phone with Ford for two months now trying to use my points online. They have been absolutely useless. They said website should have been fixed by now so I am wondering if it is just my account that has issues or everyone is unable to order online.

p.s. Went to dealer to order through them, after trying hard to convince me not to order and go back to website, the dude said there is no telling when and if we get this item if I really want to order. Don't call me, I will call you. He wrote my number on a piece of paper which already had a ton of other info with no reference about what my number relates to. The level of customer service was off the chart there. I am just glad I didn't get slapped for walking in. I have no hope of him ordering the item or calling me back. It looks like I need to troubleshoot the website issue to be able to use my points. Any tips especially if you have transitioned from not being able to use your point online to successfully ordering is greatly appreciated.

Sorry about your issue. I was able to order a bed mat for my truck with points yesterday, took less than 5 minutes and was delivered today. Just logged into my account on the accessories page and points were there.

Sorry about your issue. I was able to order a bed mat for my truck with points yesterday, took less than 5 minutes and was delivered today. Just logged into my account on the accessories page and points were there.

Have you tried using a different browser? I’m a Chrome guy but I find the Ford site seems act better in Edge, for some reason. Just a thought.

It doesn't show my account number. Once I log in it has worked pretty seamlessly. Not sure what's going on with yours. I'm doing it from my computer, and not the app. Not sure

I only got to put on the front mud flaps. The back is missing the large screw clip. But, I got an extra small one!

Picked up 16ft boards today. I wanted the sliding window so my Great Dane can stick her head out of it but totally forgot the usefulness of being able to haul long boards.

Have you tried using a different browser? I’m a Chrome guy but I find the Ford site seems act better in Edge, for some reason. Just a thought.
Chrome, Firefox and Edge all give me blank for points. It looks like, their back end is not making the connection to the app that keeps the points or there is a mismatch somewhere. Some of their reps said you may have to make a new account. I am not sure what that means. I have updated my password and reset my garage. No dice. It looks like we are on our own to make this work.

I had an issue with mine not showing. When I called they told me I had to wait 30 days and if they didn’t show by then they would add them manually. They ended up having to add them manually.

I'm at 3 weeks since purchase, still no points showing up. I contacted dealer, they said points should have shown up by now and would look into it. Called SunRun, I'm not in the system yet to get the charge station shipped. At least my start button sticker came in!
