Have not seen the email arrive to my inbox yet, but I think I'm not affected on my S24U, not sure if that's because I manually tweaked some fouled up settings on my phone.
Samsung S24, same software as @TaxmanHog, works great. Same phone requires a reboot to work on my wife's '22 Navigator. She stopped using PaaK months ago. It's always been flaky on that vehicle.
I'm usually dipping in to the bleeding edge with tech and haven't seen any major issues with PaaK. It's always been fairly flaky but it works enough to rely on (so long as you have your backup password, of course). I'm on the latest Android update on the Pixel 9 Fold, pretty much the latest of the latest without going beta. Reliability is about as typical as prior versions.
Good to see Ford software keeping tabs on new versions though.
This update, I'm my experience, doesn't affect the Lightning. My PAAK works fine on our Lightning after the security update, but I had to go back to the FOB on our Mach-E.
